We’ll be the first to admit it – a big chunk of our day is spent scrolling through the never ending Instagram feed.

For most restaurants, being on Instagram is a given. Foodies in your area are looking for fun, double taps and maybe more… But not everyone does themselves justice! Posting regular, engaging content is key to make sure your follower count rises steadily.

For inspiration, we’ve compiled a list of some of the accounts we constantly find ourselves going back to!

Sophie’s Dublin

One of Ireland’s most Instagrammable locations (that swing!) obviously has to be on top form for their own Instagram.

Focusing on the three main draws – incredible food, cocktails and rooftop views, Sophie’s shares high quality, bright images every 2-3 days. This keeps the content consistently engaging, without overloading followers.

Jamie’s Italian

It doesn’t always have to be about the food, and Jamie’s Italian knows that well. They swap between shots of their food with customers and their chefs, keeping the feed friendly and appealing.

They also focus in on the quality and source of their ingredients, a major pull for the restaurant. When you’re a name as big as Jamie Oliver people only expect the best after all!

Ice and Vice

Ice cream fans in New York don’t know how well they have it! The Ice and Vice buzz is so big that this restaurant rarely have to post their own pictures – their fans supply the content! The ice cream masterpieces are screaming to be uploaded, and the backdrop of New York city more than matches them!

We can only dream of trying one of these epic creations, for the moment we’ll continue to scroll and drool…

BANG Restaurant & Bar

We can't help but smile when we see a review like this! 🙂 #BANG

Mr Miyagi

Those Australians certainly know how to provide the hunger pangs when we check up on Instagram before lunch… But Mr Miyagi really gets us going! The Melbourne restaurant has branding on point and their Instagram game is all the better for it.

What we wouldn’t do to get our hands on those tacos! But these guys also know how to switch it up with engaging posts that don’t always have to be about them. They’re big fans of a relatable quote or cheeky GIF every so often, which helps them stand out from the crowd.

#mrmsays… noodle noodle on the wall, who is the yummiest of them all. ????????????????????????❤️✌️????????????@genc.group
